Ms. Iyer states that she does not wish to pursue the case arising from FIR No. 221/2013 dated 28.05.2013 registered under sections 498A/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 at P.S.: Saket, Delhi, insofar as it relates to the present petitioner, namely Dr. Reena Ramachandran. In view thereof, the present petition is allowed on the basis of the consent and concurrence of the complainant/respondent No.2; and summoning order dated 03.07.2023 issued by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court), South Saket Courts, New Delhi stands quashed and set-aside insofar as it relates to respondent No.2/Dr. Reena Ramachandran.
