The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: a) issue directions for deciding the application under section-14 of the SARFAESI ACT,2002 in case No. Ct. Cases 2654/2024 on or before the next date of hearing.

b) Issue guidelines for deciding the application u/s 14 of the SARFAESI ACT,2020 in a time bound manner.

application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act was filed as early as in December 2024 and till date the same has not been disposed of. 5.

After some arguments, Mr. Bhimani seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to request the learned CJM to expedite the application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.

In case any such request is made, the learned CJM is requested to consider the same and dispose of the application under Section 14 expeditiously, preferably on the next date i.e. 26.07.2025. 7.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with observations as aforesaid.
