The present Application under Section 31 (2) of the Specific Relief Act, 1963, has been filed by the Plaintiff seeking directions to the Registry of this Court to send a copy of the Judgment and Decree dated 10.02.2026 passed by this Court in the instant Suit to the concerned SubRegistrar/Defendant No. 5, directing them to make a note/endorse the fact of cancellation of the Registered Sale Deed dated 07.12.2018, bearing Registration No. 5,515 in Book No. 1 Vol. No. 1,175 on page 157 to 165 dated 07.12.2018 in respect of the Suit Property i.e., Plot No. 32, Pocket-SA, Sector-25, Rohini, Delhi, in terms of the Judgment and Decree dated 10.02.2026.
