The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that respondent no.1 be directed to take action against respondent no.2, who is allegedly in violation of injunction orders passed by learned SCJ, North, Rohini Court, Delhi in Case No. CS SCJ/1320/2023 titled as "Ravi & Ors. Vs. Nikhil".

Considering that the said civil suit is pending, there is no occasion for this Court to exercise its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the purpose of enforcement of injunction orders passed in the pending civil proceedings.

The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the concerned Court, whereupon the concerned Court would necessarily consider the grievance of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the petitioner as regards the infraction of the subsisting interim orders therein.

At this stage, learned counsel for respondent no.1, who appears on advance notice submits that the concerned SHO of PS Narela is taking requisite steps to ensure that the subsisting interim orders passed by the aforesaid civil Court are scrupulously adhered to. It is submitted that no construction has taken place in contravention of the interim orders. 7.
While taking the said statement on record, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application/s before the concerned Civil Court, seized of the aforesaid civil suit.
