CS(OS) 572/2013 Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that suit property is situated at Village Bazidpur Thakran which falls under the jurisdiction of District North, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District North, Delhi. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North), Rohini, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North), Rohini, Delhi on 12.02.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
