This writ petition seeks the following prayers: '1. Issue a writ(s) Order(s) or direction(s) or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents regarding regularization of additional charge of Administrative Officer - NSDA to the petitioner. AND/OR

2. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondent No - I for fixation of pay to the petitioner from the date of holding the additional charge of Administrative officer i.e. 11.09.2017.

AND/OR

3. To Call all the records related to the Petitioner before this Hon'ble Court.

AND/OR

4. Issue a Writ of Mandamus to the Respondents to quash the baseless charges of harassment framed against the petitioner on dated 09.2019, .]3.12.2018 and 07.03.2018.

5. To pay the excess amount to the Petitioner from the date of holding the additional charge of Administrative officer i.e. 11.09.2017. AND/OR

AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS YOUR HUMBLE PETITIONER AS IN DUTY BOUNDS SHALL EVER PRAY.' 2.

It is pointed out that the proceedings in which the aforesaid charges were framed have since culminated in a final order imposing the penalty of compulsory retirement. The said order of compulsory retirement is already the subject matter of challenge in W.P.(C) 7623/2023. In view thereof, the reliefs sought in the present petition do not survive, and are rendered infructuous.

The Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to urge all grounds raised in the present petition at the stage of arguments in W.P.(C) 7623/2023 challenging the order of punishment.
