The present writ petition has been filed with respect to property bearing no. 7-A, Guru Ramdas Nagar, Gurudwara Road, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092.

Pursuant to the directions issued on the last date of hearing, the petitioner has appeared through Video Conferencing. 3.

Apology on behalf of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is accepted by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that the property in question already stands sealed on 13th May, 2025.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 3 submits that the sealing of the property has been done by the MCD in a wrongful manner.

If respondent no. 3 is aggrieved by any action of sealing undertaken by the MCD, respondent no. 3 is at liberty to seek his remedies in accordance with law.

Accordingly, noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
