The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 482 of the CrPC) seeks following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed to this Hon'ble Court to restore the Original bail application of the petitioner/applicant bearing No.2 7 4 7 /2025 and be decided on merits of the case, in the interest of justice. Pass any other or further order/s which this Hon 'ble Court deems fit and proper in favour of the petitioner in view of, the above said facts and circumstances of the case."
