The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "(a) direction to Respondent No.2 to issue 'Certified Copy' of Recognition Order [Annexure P-1 and P-2 of the Writ Petition], originally issued to Petitioner on 05.02.2008 & 31.05.2015 respectively, by the Respondent No.2 for running the B.Ed. course; and (b) direction to Respondent No.2 to rectify / update its website by uploading thereon the Recognition Orders of the Petitioner, which at present, is not there and is only showing as 'Check' under the column with heading 'Order Type' and '---' [Blank] under the column with heading 'Order'; and (c) direction to Respondent No.2 to forward a copy of the Recognition Orders of the Petitioner to its Affiliating University as well as the State Department of Higher Education, for all future references."

Mr. Mayank Manish, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that as on date the only request of the petitioner institution is that the certified copies of the two orders as mentioned in prayer clause (a) be issued to them and let the current status of the petitioner institution be reflected on the website.

He invites attention of the Court to Annexure P-3 to contend that the current status of the petitioner institution as is available on the website of the NCTE shows 'check' and does not reflect whether the institution is recognized or derecognized.

Ms. Renu Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2/NCTE, on instructions, submits that insofar as prayer (a) is concerned, the certified copies of the orders will be provided to the petitioner.

As regards prayer in clause (b), she submits that the correct status of the petitioner institution will also be reflected on the website. The statement is taken on record and the respondent shall remain bound by the same. 6.

Let needful be done within a period of one week. 7.

In view of the above statement of Ms. Renu Gupta and Mr. Mayank Manish submits that no further orders are called for in the present petition. 8.
