Ms. Renu Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/NCTE, on instructions, submits that status of petitioner institution will be updated in the list of recognized institution running B.Ed. and D.EL.Ed Course. She further submits that recognition orders will also be uploaded on the website.

She submits that the needful will be done within a period of 10 days. The statement is taken on record and the respondent/NCTE shall bound by the same.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for respondents, Mr. Mayank Manish, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
