This petition seeks bail in FIR No.82/2023 under Sections 323/376/376 (2) (n) IPC P.S Timarpur.

The APP for State informs that trial is almost complete and matter is listed before the Trial Court on 3rd September 2024 for recording statement of accused, under Section 313 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and complete it within 3 months' time.

In this scenario, counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach this Court at a subsequent stage, in the event of delay of trial court proceedings, beyond the time stipulated herein. 5.
Leave and liberty granted.
