The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer for directions to respondent no.1 to de-seal the property of the petitioner bearing plot no. 102, measuring 80 sq. yds., carved out part of Khasra No. 429, situated at Lal Dora Abadi of Village Masjid Moth, New Delhi-110049. 2.

At the outset, this Court notes that an effective and efficacious alternate legal remedy, in the nature of filing a statutory appeal before the Appellate Tribunal Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("ATMCD"), under the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 ("DMC Act"), is available to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to approach the learned ATMCD, in order to file a statutory appeal with respect to subject matter of the present writ petition.
