This is an application, inter alia, seeking modification of the order dated 03.12.2019.

The petitioner/applicant prays that the amount of the personal bond and surety bond be reduced from the amount of ₹10,000/-, as the applicant is finding it difficult to provide the same.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the amount of personal bond and surety bond is reduced from ₹10,000/- to ₹5,000/-. The order dated 03.12.2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent. All other conditions as mentioned in the order for release of the petitioner on parole, remain applicable.

The application is disposed of.
