This appeal is disposed of with the consent order that appellant will pay to the respondents a total sum of Rs.9 lacs in full and final settlement of all claims of the respondents which is subject matter of present litigation.

The amount of Rs.9 lacs will be paid within six months from today. In case, this amount of Rs.9 lacs is not paid within six months from today, then, the appellant will be liable to pay to the respondents a sum of Rs.3 lacs alongwith interest @ 18% per annum simple from 23.9.2004. 2.

Since there are three respondents, it will be open to the respondents through counsel who is appearing today in Court today to notify the appellant through counsel within one month from today that the amount

to be paid in terms of the present order, if not to be paid in the joint names of the respondents, would be paid in the name of which one of the three respondents.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of aforesaid consent order.
