Learned counsel representing the Petitioners submits that the Petitioner No.1, Ms. Mishro Devi, has passed away during the pendency of the present Writ Petition. He further submits that Petitioner No.2 does not wish to prosecute the present Writ Petition, which pertains to service benefits of his deceased son, who has also passed away and has left behind his widow.

Learned counsel representing the Respondent has no objection to the same.

In view of the above, the present Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed.
