In continuation of the previous order of this Court and keeping in view the directions dated 11.01.2024 in W.P. (CRL) 126/2024 and CRL. M.A. 1060/2024, it is reiterated by learned counsel for the respondent that the reasons for blacklisting of the petitioners were contained in the counter-affidavit which was filed by the respondents before the Supreme Court.

A short affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent. Although it is stated that a copy of the aforesaid affidavit has been supplied to the petitioners through their counsel , the same is denied. Anyhow, learned counsel for the petitioner shall be at liberty to carry out an e-inspection and find out for himself the reasons which are given in the same. This Court cannot go into the sufficiency or tenability of the reasons, if any, which are advanced in such counteraffidavit filed by the respondent. 6.

The present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in law.
