% 15.01.2020 This petition has been filed seeking transfer of HMA No. 1463/2019 titled Deepanshu Arora vs. Nidhi Arora filed by the respondent herein under Section 12 (1)(c) read with Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending before the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North West, Rohini to the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South East, Saket, to be heard alongwith HMA No. 1228/2019, which has been filed by the petitioner herein under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

In my view, as both the petitions raise similar question of facts, the prayer made by the petitioner deserves to be granted. Accordingly HMA No. 1463/2019 titled Deepanshu Arora vs. Nidhi Arora is transferred to the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South East, Saket to be listed alongwith HMA No. 1228/2019 on 18th February, 2020.

The petition is allowed in the above terms.
