Present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 30th May 2019 passed by Delhi Co-operative Tribunal in Misc. Appln. No. 04/2019 in Appeal No. 161/2016/DCT.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the impugned orders dated 28th September 2018 and 30th May 2019 be set aside and the matter be remanded to Delhi Co-operative Tribunal for a fresh adjudication.

Accordingly, with the consent of parties, the orders dated 28th September 2018 and 30th May 2019 are set aside and the matter is remanded to Delhi Co-operative Tribunal for a fresh decision in Appeal No.161/2016 DCT in accordance with law.
