This application has been filed seeking regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.580/2023 dated 15.07.2023 under Sections 419/420/120B/34 IPC registered at PS: Rani Bagh. 2.
Mr. Chauhan, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, at the outset, points out that the matter is pending before the Trial Court for framing of charge.
