This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions in the nature of mandamus/certiorari for transferring the investigation of CR case No. 8128/2017 pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (SW), Dwarka Courts, Delhi and CR case No. 3132/2020 pending before the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate -07, South West, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi from the State to CBI.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition since charge sheet has been filed, with liberty to approach the Trial Court seeking further investigation as serious allegations have been made in the present petition both in respect of huge delay in registration of the FIR and shoddy investigation.
