After some hearing, Mr. C.S. Parasher, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to make a representation to the Directorate of Education ["DoE"]. 2.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the petitioner's contentions, and that any decision by the DoE shall be taken only after giving due notice to the respondent No.1 - Apeejay School (Pitampura), as well.
