Learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 4 submits that the parties have since entered into an amicable settlement and he has no objection if the present FIR is quashed.

The present petitions being one wherein the petitioner sought quashing of the FIR on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw them and file an appropriate petition seeking quashing of the FIR on the basis of settlement inter se the parties. 3.

As such, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
