By way of present petition filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C., petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.63/2017 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at Police Station Rajinder Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom on merits.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent No.2. She, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith pending application.
