Vide order dated 19th November, 2025, this Court directed as under: "Ms. Soni, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1/MCD, on instructions, states that the file relating to the petitioners has already been processed and that tehbazari sites shall be allotted within a period of three weeks from today."

The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (hereinafter, 'MCD') has filed a status report dated 23rd August, 2025 as per which, the tehbazari sites nos. 3526 and 3499 both size 7' x 5' (covered) previously situated at Bapu Market in front of Gandhi Maidan Parking, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110006 were allotted to the Petitioners from where they were removed. 5.
According to the said status report, the relocation of these two Petitioners has been done. Time of three months' was sought for relocation in terms of the status report however, Ms. Beenashaw Soni, ld. Counsel appearing for the MCD submits that the alternate sites have been allotted to the Petitioners at Meerdard Road, Delhi Gate. 6.
In view thereof, no further orders are called for in these two petitions. 7.
Accordingly, the present petitions are disposed of in these terms. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
