% 04.12.2019 This is a petition for quashing of FIR No. 175/2016, under Section 498A IPC registered at Police Station Crime (Women) Cell, Nanak Pura, Delhi.

It is submitted by learned Additional Standing Counsel (Criminal) for the State that as per settlement deed, the FIR in the present case has to be quashed with the consent of both the parties before filing of the second motion in the court concerned.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will file the second motion petition within seven days and thereafter will seek quashing of the present FIR and therefore he wants to withdraw the present petition.

The present petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
