Crl. M.C.No. 773/2016 By this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr. PC, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No. 610/14 under Section 302/341/201/34 of IPC read with Section 3 of SC/ST Act, registered at Police Station K.M. Pur, Delhi.

After arguing for some time, Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take legal remedies of filing revision to challenge the order on charge, if limitation provides.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
