Learned counsels for the parties jointly submit that parties have entered into a one time settlement and an agreement incorporating the terms of settlement has been executed and signed on 14.01.2025. Copy of the settlement agreement is handed over and is taken on record. 2.

It is further stated that all payments in terms of settlement have made to the Plaintiff and thus, Plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present suit. 3.

The suit is accordingly disposed of along with pending applications as withdrawn, in light of the settlement between the parties. 4.

Since the matter is settled between the parties, Plaintiff is held entitled to refund of 50% of Court fee under the Court Fees Act, 1870.
