This is a joint application filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ['CPC'] for recording of settlement arrived at between the parties.

The application has been duly signed by the authorised representatives of the plaintiff and the defendants as well as their respective counsel. The application is also supported by affidavits of the authorised representatives of the parties.

The terms of settlement are stated in paragraph 6 of the application. 4.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the present suit is decreed in terms of paragraphs 42 (i)(a), 42 (i)(b), 42 (i)(c), 42 (i)(d) and 42 (i)(e) of the plaint.

The captioned application shall form part of the decree sheet. 8.

Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
