Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 528 of the Bharaiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for quashing of the FIR No. 0325/2021 dated 18.07.2021 under Sections 153/504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3 of the Delhi Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 2007, registered at Police Station Jamia Nagar, on the ground that no Charge-Sheet has been filed in the present FIR, till date. 4.
