% 06.01.2016 CS(OS) 734/2015 Written statement of defendant has already been filed. Learned counsel for plaintiff has submitted that written statement has been filed beyond stipulated statutory period and no application for condonation of delay has been moved by the defendant, to which learned counsel for defendant has submitted that said application was moved but fails to disclose the dairy number and date of filing. He undertakes to check up with the Registry and get the same placed on record. Learned counsel for plaintiff has further submitted that replication has been filed today itself and that advance copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for defendant.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, (Headquarter) (Central), Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi on 09.02.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
