CUSAA 67/2024 Although various contentions are addressed on this appeal which is directed against the order of the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal ["CESTAT"] and which had affirmed the view taken by the Commissioner that no justification existed for revocation of the courier license, we find no ground to continue this appeal on our board bearing in mind the undisputed position that the period for which the courier license was to subsist has itself expired. In view of the aforesaid facts, we dismiss the appeal. YASHWANT VARMA, J.
