% 24.12.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent no.1 states, petition can be disposed of as the petitioner and the respondent no.1 have entered into a settlement agreement on December 23, 2019. They also state that the parties to the settlement agreement, i.e., the petitioner and the respondent no.1 shall be bound by the same. Their statement is taken on record.

I have also been informed that the petitioner has taken the possession of the Cineplex and is operating the same. This fact is also acknowledged by Mr. Jayant Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

If that be so, petition stands disposed of as settled. The date already fixed, i.e., March 17, 2020, stands cancelled. IAs.17060/2019, 17188/2019, 18242/2019 and 18243/2019 Dismissed as infructuous.
