Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled before the National Lok Adalat on 10.05.2025. 2.

In terms of the settlement, the parties have agreed that an amount of Rs.11.25 lacs be released to Respondent No.1/Claimant and the balance amount along with interest thereon be refunded to the Appellant/Insurance Company.

The parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

The Appeal stands disposed of in the aforegoing terms. 5.
