Exemption is granted subject to all just exceptions. 2.

This is a petition seeking extension of 15 days of the arbitral proceedings for pronouncing the Arbitral Award in the matter titled as "M/s GTECH Constructions and Fabricators vs.

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.".

difficulties of the learned Sole Arbitrator.

For the said reasons, issue notice. Ms. Singh, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

This Court had earlier on 13.03.2024 extended the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator by 4 months in view of no objections raised by the respondent.

My attention has been drawn to the email dated 15.07.2024 which is on record, wherein the learned Arbitrator has stated that the Award is ready for pronouncement but since the mandate has expired, the present petition has been filed.

For the said reasons, the petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of 15 days from today to make and publish the Award.

The period till today stands regularised.

11. The petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
