This petition has been filed jointly by the parties, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of an arbitral tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a Business Transfer Agreement dated 20.04.2020. 2.

The mandate of the Tribunal was extended, by mutual consent of parties, for a period of six months from September 2023. 3.

I am informed that the arbitration proceedings are at the stage of recording of evidence.
