Conciliation Act 1996 ("the 1996 Act") for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which was in seisin of the disputes between the parties.

The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is stated to have expired on 7 July 2024.

Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the prayer sought.

Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal shall extend extended by a period of three months, as sought. The mandate shall be treated as continuing from the date of expiry. 5.
