The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is stated to have expired on 31 July 2024.

Learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection to the grant of extension as sought.

As such, as sought by the Counsel, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by period of ten days from today, as it is stated that the award of the Arbitral Tribunal is ready for pronouncement. 7.
