This is a petition seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 3 months upto 31.12.2024 since the parties are in the process of filing written submissions and thereafter make arguments. The period of mandate has expired on 19.07.2024. 5.
Issue notice. Ms. Shivangi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection.
