The petitioner has now come up with CM No.5901/2016 seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition since the Special Leave Petition No.20445/2008 has been dismissed on 05.01.2016. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the writ petition shall stand dismissed as withdrawn.
