The main Appellant Shri Manish Saluja has exired and his Legal Heirs namely Neelam Saluja wife, Garv Saluja son and Sujal Saluja Minor son through the mother Neelam Saluja, have been impleaded and the amded Memo of Parties has been filed.

The parties have entered into Memorandum of Settlement dated 09.02.2026 which is signed by both the parties, wherein it has been agreed by the Respondent/ Plaintiff that on account of demise of Manish Saluja, who owed the money and their long standing relationship, the Respondent has agreed to forego recovery of any money under the Decree dated 30.04.2022. The parties have also agreed that the amount of Rs.16.8 lakhs that was deposited in the Court by the deceased Manish Saluja, may be released in favour of Garv Saluja, son of Manish Saluja. 3.

The money deposited herein be released to Garv Saluja. 5.
