Yahaya Nizami: 2024 SCC OnLine Del 7173, petitioner does not press the present petition and seeks permission to file appropriate petition challenging the order dated 15.03.2016 passed by learned Trial Court in Execution Petition No. 45600/2016. 2.

Present petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. 3.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.

It is submitted that Revision Petition would be filed within maximum period of ten days from today. Let no further coercive process be issued till 10.06.2025 in the Execution Petition in question.
