1. The present petition has been filed under Section 447 of BNSS, 2023 seeking transfer of Criminal Complaint No.4409/2021 pending before the learned MM, Patiala House Court to Dwarka District Court on account of territorial jurisdiction.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent also states that territorial jurisdiction for adjudication of the said matter lies with the Southwest District as the cheque deposited for encashment at State Bank of India, C-29, Janakpuri, New Delhi lies within the jurisdiction of PS Janakpuri.

3. In view of the submissions of the parties, the complaint case No. 4409/2021 is withdrawn from the Court of learned MM, Patiala House Court and assigned to the Court of competent jurisdiction in South-West District, Dwarka.

4. Let the transferor Court send all records to the learned CMM, South West, Dwarka Courts.
