The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking, inter alia, the following prayer: "i. promoted by the Respondent No. 2 school for the academic session 2024-2025 and in all future academic sessions and continue to provide all such associated benefits as the Petitioner is entitled to till their education is complete." 4.

Issue notice. Mr. Divyam Nandrajog, learned Panel counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 1.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 2/3, on advance notice, states that the school has no objection to the petitioner being granted regular admission in the School. He states, on instructions, that the school has already reserved a seat for the petitioner. 6.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is granted regular admission in the respondent no. 2 school, in class 2nd, with all entitlements under EWS category, as per RTE Act. The DoE will issue fresh student identification number to the petitioner, within a week, if so required. 7.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of in above terms.
