This is a petition under Section 29A and 5 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking extension of time up to 01.09.2024 for adjudication and passing of the award.

For the said reasons, I am inclined to allow the petition. 4.

The petition is allowed and the time for passing of the award is extended up to 01.09.2024.
