The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. To allow this petition of the petitioner;

2. To issue an order for the immediate desealing of the petitioner's Shop No. 30, Old Lajpat Rai Market, Chandni Chowk, Delhi 110006.;

3. To award damages and compensation to the petitioner for the losses incurred due to the respondents' failure to deseal the shop, despite the Appellate Tribunal Municipal Corporation of Delhi's order to keep the sealing and demolition orders in abeyance.

4. Pass any other order or grant any other relief that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submits that there is a statutory remedy available against the order of de-sealing before the Appellate Tribunal-Municipal Corporation of Delhi (AT-MCD). 3.

Admittedly, the petitioner has not approached the AT-MCD. efficacious remedy, is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition and instead, grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the AT-MCD. 4.
