% 19.02.2016 We have adjourned the matter on 18.02.2016 to get instructions as to the specific plea of the appellant that though AICTE has allowed access of web portal to the appellant and that the web portal is showing all the previous approvals given by the AICTE for all courses in the first shift, the previous approval given by the AICTE for Civil Engineering for the second shift for the intake of 60 students is not reflected. When the matter is taken up today for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the AICTE on instructions that the web portal has now been rectified and the appellant has been given access to the web-portal including Civil Engineering in the second shift for the intake of 60 students. The statement of the learned counsel for the AICTE is placed on

record.

Accordingly, we set aside the order under appeal and dispose of the appeal in above terms.

A copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
