The present petition is filed under section 226 of Constitution for issuance of directions to the respondents with the following prayer:- A) To issue a Writ of Mandamus/certiorari or some other suitable writ in the light of the facts and circumstances of the matter, thereby quash the show cause notice dated 02.09.2021 being illegal, unlawful and unconstitutional and further be pleased to quash the order dated 09.09.2021, in the interest of justice; B) To declare the act of sealing of the respondents in respect of the property of the petitioner bearing No.3677, Ground Floor, Gali Shahtara, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi-110006 as illegal, ultra virus and unconstitutional, in the interest of justice;

C) To direct the respondents to D-seal the property of the petitioner bearing No.3677, Ground Floor, Gali Shahtara, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi-1 10006, in the interest of justice;

D) Any other or further relief/direction/order which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper be also passed in favour of the applicant, in the facts and circumstances of the matter, in the interest of natural justice.

After some arguments, the counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate legal proceedings strictly in accordance with law.
