An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the defendant, wherein the defendant has undertaken that it will not manufacture 'Dydrogesterone Sustained Release Tablets 20mg/30mg' without requisite approvals as per applicable law.

The original affidavit has been handed over in Court and the same is taken on record. The paragraphs 3 and 4 of the said affidavit are set out below:

"3.

I affirm that Synokem Pharmaceuticals Limited is currently not manufacturing 'Dydrogesterone Sustained Release Tablets 20mg/30mg' and will not manufacture 'Dydrogesterone Sustained Release Tablets 20mg/30mg' without requisite approvals as per applicable law. 4.

I affirm that any manufacturing or sale of the above products shall be CS(OS) 778/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 12/08/2025 at 12:45:39

undertaken by Synokem Pharmaceuticals Limited only after obtaining requisite approvals, as may be necessary in accordance with applicable law."

Defendant shall be bound by the aforesaid undertaking. 4.

Ms. Aadya Chawla, counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff, is satisfied with the aforesaid undertaking by way of an affidavit. 4.1.

Accordingly, she does not wish to press the present suit. 5.

The suit is disposed of.
