Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 8th August, 2025, an affidavit/ undertaking has been filed on behalf of the defendant on 1st September, 2025.

Paragraph 3 of the said affidavit/ undertaking is set out below: "3.

I state, affirm and undertake, on behalf of the Defendant, that the Defendant shall not, launch the Impugned Drug i.e., 'Dydrogesterone Sustained Release Tablets 20mg/30mg' without requisite statutory approval."

In view of the aforesaid affidavit/ undertaking filed on behalf the defendant, the plaintiff does not wish to press the present suit. 4.

Accordingly, the suit is disposed of.
