Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, after making brief submissions, confines his prayer to the extent of supplying a copy of the Assessment Order (AO).

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-NDMC, however, submits that there is no difficulty in supplying the copy of the AO; however, the same should not be treated to be the service as on date. According to him, the period for filing the appeal stood expired and therefore, the petitioner should not be allowed to revive the cause for filing of the said appeal.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner has to file any application before the concerned authority for condonation of delay, the same shall be dealt with on its own merit.

The relief prayed for in the instant writ petition, stands satisfied and accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. 6.
